Michael De La Rosa

CEO and Chairman. Mike is an attorney and a member of the State Bar of Texas. He served for almost seven years as the Director of the Minimum Continuing Legal Education program at the State Bar of Texas. While at the State Bar of Texas, he also served as the Director of the State Bar College and Director of the Lawyer Referral and Information Service. Prior to his service at the State Bar of Texas, he was engaged in the private practice of law in a variety of general civil law practice areas. He received his B.B.A., MBA and J.D., all from the University of Texas at Austin.

Laura C. Waller

President and Chief Financial Officer. Laura was the former Budget Officer at the State Bar of Texas and also at the Texas Lottery Commission. In addition, she served as a Division Financial Analyst for Tracor Applied Sciences in Austin, Texas. She received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
