During this presentation, you will learn about the issues that frequently arise including who can determine value, how to determine value, and the implications of home value. This course features a streaming video and a downloadable MP3 audio presentation from a live CLE seminar on this topic that was originally conducted by the Houston Bar Association (HBA) on January 30, 2014. You can access this presentation on demand at any time during the course of the seminar session. This course is approved for 1.0 MCLE credit hour.
