Learn how courts, legislatures, and regulatory agencies are dealing with these issues. This course features a streaming video and a downloadable MP3 audio presentation from a live CLE seminar on this topic that was originally conducted by the Houston Bar Association (HBA) on April 11, 2014. You can access this presentation on demand at any time during the course of the seminar session. This course is approved for 1.5 MCLE hours.

Some of the subjects to be discussed during this course include:

* Firearms in the workplace

* Employee surveillance and monitoring

* Impact of legalized marijuana on employer drug policies

* Gender identity and gender stereotyping discrimination
