CLEonline.com, together with the Austin Bar Association, are pleased to present a special online CLE program in the area of legal ethics. This seminar is part of the 25th Annual Bench Bar Conference presented by the Austin Bar Association. A lawyer must always put forth effort into maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct. However, this required maintenance process does not have to be mundane. This presentation provides attorneys with the necessary knowledge needed for their practice, while also incorporating a game show styled theme. Ethics Jeopardy provides a unique combination of both relevant information and entertainment...illustrating that legal ethics can be fun. This course features streaming video and downloadable MP3 audio presentations from a live CLE seminar on this topic that was originally conducted by the Austin Bar Association on April 17, 2015. You can access this presentation on demand at any time during the course of the seminar session. This course is approved for .75 MCLE credit hours in legal ethics.

A sampling of some of the subjects covered in this course include:

  • The Texas Lawyer's Creed

  • The Attorney-Client Privilege Test Used in Texas
