His experience includes jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals. He is rated AV (Preeminent) by Martindale-Hubbell. Zach frequently teaches continuing legal education courses on current issues in litigation. He writes a weekly blog on litigation topics: www.fiveminutelaw.com.
