    Speaker: Holly Terrell, who is an attorney with the firm of Law Office of Holly Terrell and Affiliate Attorney with Cirkiel & Associates, P.C. Holly’s legal practice focuses on disability and special education law. Holly graduated Texas A&M University in 2002 with her Bachelor of Science degree and obtained her law degree from South Texas College of Law, cum laude, in 2005. Thereafter, she worked at two highly regarded litigation law firms as well as an oil and gas services company where she drafted and negotiated contracts. In 2012, Holly gave birth to a beautiful baby girl with Down Syndrome and discovered a strong passion for helping families of children with special needs navigate the complicated education system and receive services for their children guaranteed under the law. In 2015, she started the Law Office of Holly Terrell and dedicated her practice to helping people with disabilities and their families with all types of disability and special education law issues. Holly is admitted to practice law in Texas and in the U.S. Federal Court for the Southern District of Texas.
