This CLE program will address the considerations and best practices for successfully conducting trials, hearings, and mediations through remote platforms in your law practice. The panel discussion will provide helpful insight into what works, what doesn’t, and what might. This course features streaming video and downloadable audio presentations from a CLE seminar by the Houston Bar Association (HBA) on February 5, 2021.

Stephanie McGraw, Partner, Shook Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P.  Prior to joining Shook, Stephanie represented the only product manufacturer named in the In re World Trade Center respiratory litigation arising out of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Stephanie also represented Pumpco Energy Services in an alleged breach of contract case where Pumpco contended no contract existed. As first chair, Stephanie impeached the plaintiff during testimony about the alleged contract. She went on to win a directed verdict for Pumpco. Jackson Motors, Inc. v.
