Prior to joining Shook, Stephanie represented the only product manufacturer named in the In re World Trade Center respiratory litigation arising out of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Stephanie also represented Pumpco Energy Services in an alleged breach of contract case where Pumpco contended no contract existed. As first chair, Stephanie impeached the plaintiff during testimony about the alleged contract. She went on to win a directed verdict for Pumpco. Jackson Motors, Inc. v.
