    Timothy Watson, National Labor Relations Board.  Timothy L. Watson was appointed Regional Director of the NLRB’s Regional Office in Fort Worth, Texas (Region 16) in 2017. He began his career with the NLRB in 1988 as a Field Attorney in Region 16. In 1999, he was promoted to Deputy Regional Attorney in Region 16. In 2006, Mr. Watson was appointed the Regional Attorney in Region 16. In his capacity as Regional Attorney, Mr. Watson served as Region 16’s chief legal counsel. A native of Oklahoma, Mr. Watson earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  More information may be found on on the NLRB's website.


    Rudy Sustaita, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Sustaita began his career at the EEOC in 1990 as a trial attorney in the agency's Houston office. Mr. Sustaita worked in the Houston office litigating cases involving all of the statutes enforced by the EEOC. This includes litigation on significant systemic cases. From 2007 to 2011, Sustaita also served as an Acting Supervisory Trial Attorney in Houston, where he supervised a team of attorneys in New Orleans.  More information may be found on the EEOC's website.
